FAQ

 - No, each glass must be hand washed.

- Glasses will generally ship in 3-5 business days. 

How can I track my order? 
- If you would like to request a tracking order, please send a message to seth@printapint.com

- Yes, you can change the font, logos, color if the glass is customizable.  Some glasses are not able to change.  If you want to create your own customizable glass, select the Design Your Own option in the Navigation Menu.  This will take you to our parent company, printapint.com.

- Select "Choose File" in the customization field.  

- If we send you the wrong item, it is damaged, or something that we have done wrong, we will gladly refund you or send you a new item.

- It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at seth@printapint.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!

- Delays with shipping

- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.
